Structure and working principle
Screw conveyors are generally divided into two types: shaftless and shaftless. The shaftless screw conveyor is composed of screw, U-groove cover plate, inlet and outlet and driving device, while the shaftless screw conveyor changes the screw to shaftless screw, and a replaceable lining is installed in the U-groove. The structure is simple. The materials are input from the inlet and output from the outlet after being pushed by the screw, The whole transmission process can be carried out in a sealed groove, which reduces the noise and the discharge of peculiar smell.

Because there are no high-speed running parts in the equipment, the screw wear is low, the equipment energy consumption is low, and there is almost no need for maintenance.
