The raw water flows into the converter through the filter cloth. After being filtered by the special fiber filter cloth, the clean water flows into the converter and is discharged from the system. The filter cloth has a 10um filter pore size and can filter impurities in the water. As filtration proceeds, impurities on the outside of the filter cloth increase, causing the filtration pressure difference to increase and the water volume to decrease.
When impurities accumulate to a certain extent, the backwash device starts to operate to remove impurities outside the filter cloth. During the backwashing process, the disc rotates to ensure that all filter cloths are cleaned. Sewage impurities are sucked out of the sewage pipe discharge equipment. After the backwash stops, the static filtration process re-enters.
