Suspended Center Drive Mud Scraper
The suspended center drive mud scraper is mainly composed of deceleration drive mechanism, transmission vertical shaft, scraper arm, underwater bearing and mud collecting tank scraper. The load of the whole mud scraper acts on the center of the working bridge fixed across the pool diameter. The raw water flows radially to the overflow tank around the tank after being simply distributed through the central water distribution. With the decrease of flow rate, the suspended solids in the water body are separated and settled at the bottom of the tank. Through deceleration drive and transmission of suspension components, the sludge is scraped and collected to the central sludge tank by scraper and discharged out of the tank by hydrostatic force or pump.

Peripheral Drive Mud Scraper
The peripheral drive mud scraper is mainly composed of central rotating support, main beam (truss beam, folded plate beam), guide cylinder, mud scraper, slag scraper, power collector, driving mechanism, etc. The raw water flows out from the bottom of the pool through the upper part of the central pier, and after water distribution through the diversion cylinder, it flows radially to the water collecting tank around the pool. With the decrease of radial velocity, the suspended solids in the raw water are separated and settled at the bottom of the pool. The rotating truss takes the central support as the center, and the end walking wheel rotates along the circumference of the tank under the action of the driving device to drive the lower mud scraper to rotate slowly, scrape and collect it to the central mud collecting tank of the sedimentation tank, discharge it out of the tank by hydrostatic pressure or pump, and the upper scum is scraped to the slag bucket by the slag scraper.
