Technical Introduction
Continuous sand filter is a continuous filtration equipment. The system adopts the principle of upflow flow flow bed filtration and single homogeneous filter material. The filtration and sand washing are carried out at the same time. It can operate continuously and automatically for 24 hours without shutdown and backwashing. The ingenious sand lifting and sand washing structure replaces the traditional high-power backwashing system with extremely low energy consumption. The system needs no maintenance, is easy to manage and can be unattended. Due to the above advantages of continuous flow sand filter, it is widely used in the fields of industrial water, advanced sewage treatment and reclaimed water reuse.

Working principle:
Continuous quicksand filter is a kind of high-efficiency filter integrating coagulation, clarification and filtration. It does not need to stop for backwashing; Single stage filter material is adopted, without grading, uneven hydraulic distribution and primary filtrate; Backwashing water pump and electric and pneumatic valves for shutdown switching are not required; There is no need to set a separate coagulation and clarification tank, and there is no need for mechanical equipment for coagulation and clarification. Therefore, the floor area is more compact and the operation cost is more economical.
